Customers are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the following terms and conditions. KANKISHI co.,Ltd. shall be known as “The Company” in the terms and conditions listed below.
In the event of any conflict, the terms and conditions herein shall prevail.
Reservation and Payment:
- For all bookings (excluding accommodations), full payment is required to secure your reservation. In the event a payment fails to be processed, the company reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
- Bookings related to accommodations is dependent on the terms and conditions provided by the provider of the accommodation.Mode of Payment:
- All payments can be made via credit card. Payment links are powered by Stripe, and will be sent upon the confirmation of your reservation.
- Bank Transfer will be a secondary alternative.
(Credit card payments are processed immediately, but domestic bank transfers must be made within 3 days of placing the order.)Cancellations and Refunds:
- Cancellation of bookings by customers must be in writing.
- Full refund will be given if cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the agreed date.
- No refund for cancellations made within 60 days prior to agreed date.Amendments to Bookings:
- Amendments to bookings are permitted up till 60 days before agreed date and are subjected to availability.
